Features:

• Hot dip galvanized steel or stainless steel frame construction
• Roller deflection of less than 0.05 inches at maximum belt tension
• Hydraulic belt tensioning and tracking standard – Pneumatic belt tensioning and tracking optional
• Ten rows of V-plows with each row having plows spaced at 10 inch centers
• Belt support grid provides excellent removal of free water and is easily serviced without disassembly of equipment from the machine or unsplicing of the belt
• Bearing L10 life 700,000 hours minimum
• Stainless steel pans and drip trays
• Belt scraper located off rollers for extended belt life

Application:

Machine used to increase solids content of sludges in the 0.5% - 1.5% range to 5% - 8% in order to reduce liquid volume for better utilization of tankage volume or liquid hauling.

Four roller machine may be chosen over the three roller model if thickened sludge discharge point or belt wash box location is different than standard three roller machine.
