MBR technology is rapidly evolving and Enviroquip is on the forefront of new developments. For example, recent improvements to clean-in-place (CIP) procedures can in some cases significantly improve the efficiency of such procedures saving money and time. Enviroquip makes these updates available to all of our customers but customizes generic guidelines for customers enrolled in the EQuipTech program.
Programming Updates -
Enviroquip continuously improves our automation techniques based on feedback from customers and the latest in MBR research. For example, new patented relax and proportional aeration control strategies can dramatically improve system performance and reduce energy costs. Enviroquip makes these updates available as part of our premium support package. Program downloads are done remotely as updates become available.

The EQuipTech Aftermarket Support Program is a multi-tiered service program offering an unprecedented level of post warranty period support. Site visits, programming, enhanced training and even extended process warranties are available. Technical Support -
Enviroquip's highly trained staff can help troubleshoot operational issues over the phone or by remotely connecting to your plant control system. If necessary, Enviroquip has a nationwide network of certified field-service technicians that can be dispatched to provide onsite assistance.
With any Enviroquip system, technical support is provided for the first year of service. However, as part of the EQuipTech™ program, technical support services (can be) continued after the first year on a limited or unlimited basis depending on the option selected.
