Three hours later, gear and raceway assembly are removed for repair

• Avoid taking clarifier off-line for bearing or gear replacement
• Rebuild without detatching drive cage
• Allows repairs in-place with a small portable hoist
• Repair or replacement parts are available for all existing “Enviroquip”
  manufactured clarifiers form 1970 to present.
• Complete new circular clarifier mechanisms and be designed and retrofitted
  to any existing circular clarifier basin 20 ft. and larger.
• Replacement/retrofitted “Suction Style (Rapid Sludge Removal)” clarifiers with
  higher efficiency and low maintenance operation, 50 ft and larger.
• Repair and Replacement traveling bridge clarifier mechanisms are available for
  “Crane Rail” mounted rectangular basin’s 20 ft wide, and wider.
• Enviroquip also can apply our 30 inch pitch
  diameter, and 60 inch pitch diameter “Jackbolt™” clarifier drives with
  appropriate adaptor kits for ALL pier supported
  center drive circular clarifiers of all manufacturers.
